We recall the unveiling of the Shamsudeen Usman Sickle Cell Foundation on October 27th, 2024, in Lokoja, Kogi State, by Professor Salisu Ogbo Usman. 

This initiative addresses the pressing need for support and management of living conditions and crises faced by sickle cell warriors in their daily lives.

To effectively fulfill the foundation’s mandate and reduce the burden and risk of transportation, we have created an electronic form for registration. 

This form contains all necessary fields for required information. 

We kindly request that you share this form with concerned parties to facilitate seamless registration.

The foundation will commence full operations in January 2025.
